  • Visitor and Subscriber Information
    As a Subscriber or Visitor on the Site, your privacy is important to us. Castalia does not collect personally-identifying information about you or others unless you voluntarily submit that information to Castalia through the Site for yourself or others, create a Subscriber account, send inquiries to Castalia, or participate in certain activities on the Site. When you register as a Subscriber, Castalia requests your name, address, email. You will have the option to “opt-out” of receiving promotional email about the Castalia Services.
  • User Content
    Any User Content you post publicly on the Site may be shared. Your User Content may include personally-identifying information apart from that required to create a Subscriber account. Castalia assumes no responsibility for securing such User Content. Castalia has no obligation to use, or solicit/enable others to use, for any purpose, any User Content or other information you submit to the Site.
  • Information Gathered Automatically
    When you visit our Site, Castalia may automatically collect certain non-identifying information about you, such as your movement about the Site or the pages on the Site you visit most frequently, the type of browser or computer operating system you use, or the domain name of the website from which you linked to the Site. When you request pages from our server, our web server automatically collects some information about you, including your IP address. 3. Use of Information Collected By Castalia

Castalia treats any personally-identifying information (apart from that included in User Content you post publicly to the Site) that you submit to the Site as a Visitor or Subscriber—whether belonging to you or a third party—as confidential. Information Castalia gathers, whether voluntarily provided by you or automatically collected, may be used for our internal purposes. Castalia will not sell, trade, or rent such information. Castalia has reasonable security measures in place to protect the personal information you submit to us once it is received; however, Castalia cannot be responsible for the security of such personal information or any User Content you submit to Castalia through the Site. Personal information submitted to create an account is accessible to those Castalia employees who need it to perform the Castalia Services, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. When you communicate with Castalia by email or submit your User Content, however, your communication is not necessarily secure and is subject to all of the risks of electronic communication, such as unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors that may compromise the security of Subscriber information at any time.
